      Heading out of Portland and north on 'Highway 1'. We are in Maine a couple of weeks after the peak season for 'Fall' has finished.       ... about 5 min. Rhonda asked if I had locked the car. I couldn't remember. She took her key fob out of her purse and hit the lock button twice.
