Salta - just like Europe
... really late for dinner (majority of restaurants only open from 8pm and some even after 9pm, as the average dinner time for Argentineans is about 10pm). Altho I guess that is something we can probably get used too :)
It really is actually quite nice to walk around here at night as all the shops are open and the streets are filled with people walking around.
