    • Packed sack lunches and ate in Lithia Park so we wouldn't have to stop.

      ... br> We pulled over at a McDonalds in Weed, CA, for a quick break and to switch drivers. Even though we had only been driving for a little over an hour, it felt like an eternity. Truthfully, sitting in that McDonalds parking lot, we were as scared as we have ever been.
