... was evidence of bear activity but no sightings today. Saw possibly the very last salmon trying to find the best place to lay her eggs as it’s the end of the season & a couple of squirrels that were very cute. Eric our gorgeous & fabulous informative guide told us they spend most of the day in the trees throwing the pine cone nuts & other treats from the trees to the ground & then they collect them all to take home. ... it was one of our highlights it's where we took the white pass scenic railway,with a 2865 foot elevation,riding in vintage rail cars retracing the original route
to the white pass summit,the views were spectacular,a must for any tourist.

we stayed on the ship when we went through Tracy arm Fjord,we woke up to see chunks of ice
floating everywhere and beautiful glaciers it was stunning

And the last stop was Victoria the capital ...

... In the middle of our whale watching, we took a side trip to view the Alaskan stellar sea lions. The are much bigger than the California sea lions. A male can weigh up to 1600 pounds while the females are 700 to 800 pounds. On the way back, we were treated to more humpback whale sightings. We took lots pictures but nothing spectacular. Each humpback whale is identifiable by his/her fluke. The markings on the flukes ...
