... amp; it jumps back into view onto the same branch then moves a bit higher up & we now have direct eye contact so of course I start talking to it!

I THINK I am speaking in a soothing, friendly voice but the little guy isn’t buying it..Sam says "he doesn’t like you being in his house" & I tell him I am very impressed by his lovely home!..the others on the tour are now starting to cotton on & move behind me to have a look ...

... to go it alone. Made it back to the bus stop with 5 minutes to spare and the bus was a bit late anyway, Has arranged to meet the others at the Red Dog Saloon but they weren't there so figured they probably actually needed more than 30 minutes to do what they wanted to do, so I decided to find a bank and took some cash out.

... next stop was Juneau the capital of Alaska, which was founded by a gold rush in 1880
we hopped on a shuttle to the Mendenhall glacier which was awesome,majestic even,with a bluey,aqua tinge of colour to it,and nearby was a huge waterfall,and we saw salmon in the streams,it was amazing.
next stop was Icy Strait point.a small town where there is a lot of marine life,we saw lot and lots of salmon ,and quite a few eagles.

... my feet, I was broke and hungry. I had 1000 dollars to my name and a sense of adventure. We had one excursion today, but it is a long one. We did the Tracy Arm Fjord and Glacier Explorer Tour. We saw the South and North Sawyer Glaciers. On the way out we went by Ice Falls one of one two waterfalls in Tracy Arm.
