... about 45 minutes of sitting on the uncomfortable patch of grass with screaming kids all around we abandoned our cause and got dinner instead. There were fireworks later in the evening, but after the show in Sydney, nothing could have compared, so we decided to pack it up and head back home. We spent the evening at Fiddler's Elbow again and chatted to lots of people and had a great night. ... and even Sophie gave it a go flying down an enormous sand dune, huge grins on their faces. There was a prize for the person who went furthest - did someone say competition?? True to form when there are goodies to be had Grant pulled out the stops and walked away with the T-shirt! Great food, family all together and lovely whether set the scene for a great weekend. There was more fun exploring the outdoor aquarium, volleyball and croquet before we got the ferry back home.
