By this time we had completed all of our cooking and it was time to go and sit down to enjoy the food - Mario finished putting the pasta and sauces together and brought the dishes out to us. First was the gnocchi, we both looked at each other upon our first taste and were amazed. Perfectly cooked fresh gnocchi complemented by a great sauce. The second pasta was even better, ...

Check Claire’s wordpress blog out "My Fourtography Life" at the end of August as I know she is planning to photograph it, and will do it so well. ...

... usual way, by reading, while Lyn went for a bike ride around the lake. He came back enthused by what he had seen and done. He rode about 12 miles and up some incredibly steep hills, does a 1 in 4 gradient mean anything to anyone??

Once he came back and chilled for all of 5 minutes I decided it was time we went for a walk. The nearest town of Passignano was only a mile down the road so we sauntered down there. We walked near the lake, ...
