My corn tortillas rolled up around shredded chicken with cooked carrots, sliced cooked potatoes covered in a deadly delicious mole sauce...what can I say...I'm Mexican, grew up on this stuff,I'm sixty five so my mom hasn't been around to cook this for a very long time, I closed my eyes and just enjoyed! Last night Bob was flushing the toilet and the foot pedal broke. It didn't just come off, the pedal itself broke into four little pieces. (wish I had taken a picture of the broken piece). As it turned out, we could still flush the toilet, if we put the foot pedal back in ...

... a cool short stop.

Wanted Jane to see Fredericksburg. When I lived in San Antonio, Fredericksburg was a small town looking very much like it did in the early 1900's, but it has grown up. VERY high end shops, not so much cheap junk, very nicely done, did I mention VERY expensive? Had a nice stroll through downtown, then headed off to our hotel in Boerne. Had a great dinner at Cypress Cafe. GOLF tomorrow!
