... right downtown. The long summer day still gave me time to explore the town and I decided on an Irish Pub meal on Second Avenue where I watched the Blue Jays lose to the White Sox in extra innings.

After a good night’s sleep I found a local auto service business and had my van’s oil and filter changed.

Setting out from Saskatoon around noon, I was only half an hour into my day’s drive when I saw a police truck with his ...

    ... still very pretty.

Had a couple of interesting nights last month when I went outside our condo to stand along Yonge St (one of the main streets in Toronto ) to watch the filming of a movie Suicide Squad. Had more drinks. Passed right ...

On Friday night we had dinner at a Scottish Pub. We felt it was appropriate to go there given the Scottish referendum. This has been a big issue in Montreal and the rest of Quebec. Quebec has twice held referendums to try to separate from the rest of Canada but have not been successful.

Quebec is the only Province that is French speaking in Canada and it is very French in all aspects whereas the rest of Canada is very much more like America.

... is a stone facad and the tasting area overlooks the wine production process. We each ordered a wine tasting which included the Gewurztraminer '10, C******nay '09, White Blend '11, Red Blend '11, Cabernet Sauvignon '10 and Syrah '09. Mark and I both agreed that their C******nay blew us both out of the water with its unique "grilled pineapple" flavor and buttery finish so we decided to purchase a bottle. We made some friends also doing a tasting and they recommended ...
