... the Haagen Dazs restaurant again, but thought better of it. I'll grab a coffee from it in the morning instead. Back to the room! Honestly didn't know what I should do first. TV, bath, plug iPod into Bose docking station? Settled on watching The World's End again on TV while I ate my sandwich. In the afternoon Karina got a phone call, realised she was late for an appointment, ...

The pulpit was incredible and made to look like the tree of life with a trunk, leaves, snake and apples. The cathedral was extremely cold and we could actually see our breath when we exhaled! We enjoyed our visit but were glad to get outside where it was a bit warmer. We then continued our ...

We were fortunate to have a bonus sightseeing day when Tim and Joy took a day off. It was All Saints Day, and therefore a bank and store holiday here in Germany. Ghent, Belgium is about a 2 hour drive from Geinkirchen and unfortunately it was a rather rainy and grey day. Ghent has a couple of great town squares, and architecture styles that we haven't seen anywhere else. Some of the places almost look like they are out of ...
