... Lieblingsgetraenken einstimmen. Gegen 12 wurde ich dann rausgebeten :) und NIna kam mir mit einem super tollen und leckeren Kuchen mit brennenden Kerzen entgegen. Zusammen mit Javier sangen sie mir ein Geburtstagstaendchen und es folgten weitere Getraenke gluecklicherweise fuer mich FREI! :)

James and myself did experience what Lonely Planet put as the number one thing to do in Auckland, and headed to a burger van that was directly outside where we were staying, called The White Lady... It was amazing too, a massive burger or hot dog (the extra chips we bought were not needed) and all pretty well priced, it was (and still is) quite sad how excited I got about the burger bar.

Napier calls itself the art deco capital of the world, with many of its key buildings designed in this style after yet another New Zealand earthquake had destroyed the city in the 1930’s. This style seemed to fit well with the seaside feel of the town.
