... crowds of bikers since the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally was in full swing. While the bikers were all nice there were just too many of them so it really limited what we could see and do. In every scenic outlook was two solid rows of cycles; this year we had unlimited access everywhere we have gone.

We stopped for lunch at Arbys (Processed Roast beef) and carried on our merry way.

We saw some black dots on the prairie miles below and assumed they were bison, too far to tell for sure, lots of eagles here too. As you leave Badlands you arrive in Wall. Wall Drug purports to be the World's Biggest Drug Store, and well could be. We had to get to Rapid city so we didn't have time to investigate. Set up in the Koa Camping Ground, ate and slept. ... license plates. We had another Alaska rv in the campground right next to us and it was an older couple (guessing late 70's or early 80's) and the man appeared to have suffered a stroke. They pulled out in the morning and she was driving....gotta admire her.
Stops today at the Badlands, then lunch at Wall Drug and finally a visit to Mt Rushmore. Found a nice rv campground in a wooded area near Mt Rushmore. Good day even with the wind.
