          ... with the same stores and food places scattered about and that finding smaller unique shops etc is not so obvious. I noticed a lot of young kids out and about from the university.           ... until the ceilings break. Looking at the en route forecast, it appears what's keeping us on the ground is really just a low, thin broken layer. Most locations to the northwest show scattered clouds at 4500' and 6500'. So, presuming we can get around the layer at 1000', we'll be on our way.           ... medications, cold meat and vegetables etc. The plan is to stay overnight on the road but have a base where we want to explore/visit. By having picnics on the road costs are minimised. Of course Cracker Barrel and Denny's are always there just in case. Also Starbucks in larger towns for a pick me up Double Chocolaty Chip Frappuccino Venti no whip for Mike while I stuck to a Mocha Frappuccino Grande no whip.
