    ... to make a new life for himself. My grandparents built their first house in Canada themselves, and here I am, dining with a fairly important governmental representative. These things - much like the cooking and the entire dining experience - never cease to amaze me.     ... Erin and Liz. Liz dislocated her knee and is still continuing to backpack around Europe. So props to Liz!
