    A nice campground after a 4 hour drive through Montreal - mostly easy driving, which is good, because we didn't know how much twisty, windy, up and down we would face the next day on "La Route des Sommets", and after crossing the border into Maine!

    ... cheese made by the monks. And we got to hear their vespers at 5:00 last evening, all Gregorian chants. It was apple fete at the abbey and the crowds were huge but by the time we had consumed a brick if fromage bleu, blue cheese, potato chips and apples most of the crowd had left.     Today was an even later wake up for the kids. I guess they were tired from all the boating they did yesterday. We're leaving today, but not until evening.
