... the winner. The final scores.....Brian 58, Moli 51 & Amy 50. I didn't even cheat. I think Moli & Brian were trying way too hard to win. I was just having fun taking pictures & playing. Guess I get the prize....whatever that may be. Just beating them was good enough because I always get beat by them.

Back to the resort just in time to see the sunset. Great day in paradise.

... hiked through the jungle, including several stream crossings where we had to wade up to our knees. Thankfully they had ropes across all the streams, because all the traffic made the water muddy and we couldn't see what we were walking across.

... ascended through several switchbacks and the second mile descended to Hanakapi'ai River and Beach. It definitely ascended but the views of Ke'e Beach were great and when we rounded a bend after the 1/2 mile mark we could see the Napali Coast. You have seen it too if you have seen Jurassic Park. I ventured off, solo, and drove the hour long drive to the North Shore. Where I reconnected with Moses "Mo" a friend from the island that we met the last time we were here. Mo was injured in a car accident back in 2002 that left him paralyzed. He uses special tools and is able to paint the most amazing paintings with his mouth and a simple paint brush.
