... that if you appreciate Hoodos, if you've been to Bryce Canyon, the ones at Banff are absolutely deceiving, you can see them almost from the car, and there are only a few. Not worth.
We have been walking fore nearly 20 kms, so we head for a shower and some supper. Again, "The Old Spaghetti Factory" has a long waiting time, so we go to yesterday's second choice. Today there is no private party, so we can have supper here. I wish we had not been able to. What a horrible place and food! ...

... a while since I started a live fire so a few retarded attempts led nowhere (lighting a big log straight away with two lighters, melting and destroying one lighter). Then we borrowed a hatchet from an awesome Canadian neighbor man since realizing we would need to cut the log into smaller bits to get the fire going. We are almost ready for the wilderness.

... national park - here we went on an amazing bus with 6 huge wheels. This drove us out onto the top of the Aca..... Glacier, which is part of the Colombian Ice-field. It was very different to be standing on the ice which was as thick as the height Eiffel Tower in places.
We drank some of the glacier water which we were told should make us younger. Mummy and Daddy drank lots!

... aangenaam. Maar daarnaast ook zeer mooi gelegen. Daarna ben ik doorgereden, langs de Bow Valley Parkway in Banff National Park terug naar Lake Louise. Dat was heel mooi! Jullie zullen het zien op de foto's amai! Ik heb toen ook een Moose gezien, hij was aan het eten. K heb het maar van op een afstand kunnen fotograferen, want ik wilde niet een van die toeristen zijn…;-) Ik wilde ook graag stoppen aan Johnston Canyon, maar toen ik alle auto’s zag had ik echt zoiets ...
