    ... as we traveled and took sleeping bags and bedding with us. The cabin had a Queen bed, full bath, WiFI, air conditioning, and mini kitchen. It even had a porch swing. We enjoyed being in the cabin and had a good night's sleep. The next day we learned the hotels were so pricey and all sold out because of the oil boom in town.     ... made all day. Large water bottles to wear around your neck with nozzles to squirt water freely. The kids loved that the adults even wanted sprayed which they were happy to do.     ... we could find - no matter how small. Another tradition we have when we visit Texas is Rudy's BBQ. It is an experience. The kids thought it was cool to eat off the table with no plates- just a piece of white paper for a placemat. The children didn't enjoy the food as much as the adults did!     ... but by the time we pulled into the visitors center at the park, the sun was starting to peak out from behind the clouds, but then it was humid. Anyway, we drove over to the falls area, parked the car and walked down to where the falls would be if there had been more rain. Actually glad it didn't rain a lot since that area is subject to flash flooding and over the years, several people have lost their lives there.
