... slapstick comedy and cheering to support our pirate. It had everything a good pirate show should have. Pirates, damsels in distress, good guys, bad guys and fall guys. There was plenty of audience involvement and the actual meal was a bit of an aside. Tomorrow we hit Knott's Berry Farm for our first dose of theme parks and ...

... restless and there are so many people!

We finally get on the plane, the boys are easily situated quickly thanks to individual televisions on each seat and another viewing of The Lego Movie ensued. They even slept! Thank God because it allowed us to sleep too.

After 14 hours of sitting in a chair we are all relieved and excited to feel the wheels touch down on London soil. As eager as they were to get on the plane the boys are just as eager to get ...

... and Celyn and I off to the shops and the beach on mum and dad's bikes. The beach at south Carlsbad was cool with amazing houses on the small cliffs and people surfing, paddle boarding and even spear fishing! Riley had a good time at legoland judging by the pics and the large bag of lego that we now need to try to get home! We decided to carry on to San Diego and "campland on the bay" our home for the next few nights. It gets dark ...
