... and we got photos, but Damien still wanted to see more so we headed to the college. Damien took A LOT of photos of squirrels, and they are pretty cute! Eventually Nadia was able to convice Damien that it was time to leave them alone, and we headed back to our rooms. We had a late lunch, so dinner was also pretty late, and pretty light.

Cameron has made a good friend with one of the teens from the church which we love. This year Douglas brought down a few pieces from his growing "Ninja Gym" that he is working on in their garage. The boys, especially Cameron, are obsessed with the show America Ninja Warrior and so they had another common interest to share this year on ...
Well, if you've sat through the whole collection of vacation slides, you'll be glad to know that's the end of 'em! And I didn't post more than about a quarter of what I took!
So how did it all come out once we got home?
Fabulous trip. Both parts. Couple hiccups along the way, not all of which I've shared with you or will share with you! But overall a wonderful experience.
Would I do it again? Yes, but not ...
As you may remember, I had a fabulous train trip in 2012. I saw some wonderful places; heard some fantastic concert, opera, and Dixieland jazz performances; spent a never-to-be-forgotten weekend with Andrea in Istanbul; and then Judy joined me in Barcelona, and we topped it all off by touring Spain together.
