De sidste dage i AUD og Nordøen på NZ
... aftenen var der valentins dags arrangement på hostellet, men vi deltog ikke, - vi havde en masse ting, vi skulle hav ordnet inden vi skulle flyve. Vi så også lidt film og spiste TimTam – vores egen lille Valentins Date (: Det var rigtig hyggeligt – og vi gik i seng ved 12 tiden, så vi kunne nå at få ca. 3 timers søvn :P

Cook Strait (from Wellington to Picton)

Op het eerste zicht lijkt Wellington ons een aangename, mooie en nette stad.
Wellington (Maori: Te Whanganui-a-Tara of Poneke) ligt op het zuidpuntje van het Noordereiland aan de Straat Cook, het water dat het Noorder- en het Zuidereiland scheidt. Vanwege de constante wind die vanaf zee door de stad giert heeft Wellington de bijnaam Windy Wellington.
