    ... in particular was home to many Huguenot families, French Protestants who came to England as refugees. It was recorded that the de Ste Croix family lived there in 1800 with 12 children!! There was also the Chapel, Tudor Kitchen, and the courtyard and it turns out the Breaker's Yard Garden which I completely missed.
    I caught the bus home and planned my Sunday :)

    ... for the airport until 11.30 with the bags ready outside our room by 11. That meant a leisurely breakfast and plenty of time to pack, something most welcome after a week of setting alarms.     ... posh leafy suburb of South Kensington, our two bedroom apartment is in the basement which means it's cooler, has a nice little courtyard. Very clean and nicely decorated... It's got everyone's seal of approval.

    A quick sleep for a couple of hours, a quick load of washing, and then we're off to get supplies and go for a ride on the tube - hopefully it would have cooled down a smidge ...

    ... that I bought another one. Also bought some sox that I wore all day and loved, so also bought more of them. Found the food hall at Marks and Spencers which turned out to be like a full supermarket on the basement floor.
