A senic drive home, quick change and off we went again with Nerissa, Andrea and Tina to see the pantomime. What a wonderful performance with lots and lots of laughing, audience participation and fun.

A cool morning with light drizzle greeted us as we head to the Edinburgh larder for a hearty cooked meal. The scrambled eggs were nothing short of perfect. After getting our bearings we head up the hill to Edinburgh Castle. Far larger than I expected. We walked up to the old town across one of the bridges afterwards and looked at St. Giles' church near the castle.
For dinner i had a beef pie (it was horrible and chewy and i didn't eat most of it) and we again sampled a couple of new whiskies. It was a lot pricier this time and they cost double what they'd cost us last night and was about $10 each.
Got back to the room about 8pm ...

After lunch, everyone was ready for a nap so we decided to meet back up again around 6 for dinner. We went into a pub but it seemed to be too crowded so we went somewhere else where we all ordered pints of Guinness and 2 platters of a medley of foods including onion rings, deep fried chicken, fried brie cheese, fried haggis balls, french fries, potato wedges and garlic bread. I tried a bit of everything and didn't necessarily hate any of it but ...
