On Friday a.m. we woke up to see our sister-in-law Jan. We haven’t seen her since our Downton dinner and were glad to catch up with her. Other relatives arrived on Friday afternoon and those we hadn’t seen for several years. This included Carolyn and her husband.

Carolyn, Dale’s older sister is just 2 years older than he is. She reminds us so much of their mother.

With some snacks and the wine country book in hand, we meandered our way through grape vineyards, cabbage, strawberries, and lots of other truck farms. Harvest ...

This morning we woke up in our car full of excitement, because today we would have our most beautiful drive ahead of us. We started our day with a breakfast at McDonalds and planed our day trip. Then we went on our way, we drove on Highway 1 and started driving down south. On the way up we made several stops to enjoy the incredible, amazing view and to make some pictures.
We took a 17 mile detour to see more ...

Today was spent back in Morro (we visited this place on our way up the coast) the is pretty pants though - not what we expected for Calafornia!

We saw Morro Rock, some more seals & massive Pelicans - didn't get to see any Otters that they
    have there though.

Saw our first american food challange, 12 buger stack - Rob was tempted to try it - he would have had ...
