... from the dodgiest park full of drug dealers! After dark we got our halloween on and walked around a pumpkin display thingy held at the zoo. As you'd expect it was very americanised with **** loads of snack stalls. We tried some 'pumpkin spiced ale' which neither tasted of pumpkin or spice but was festive! The carved pumpkins certainly rivalled my 'here's Johnny' from last year! Last but not least...on to ...

We met her family (both her daughter and son have recently graduated college but were around while we were there) and immediately felt at home. Her family is very easy-going and friendly and before long, their home felt like our home.
