    ... size. There was even a bank inside the store. No need to go outside in the cold to do the different bits of shopping. Chibattas were available today too.

    Was sunny when we left Marysville but 40 minutes later it was cloudy again. Took the freeway - 3 or 4 lanes each way into Detroit. Being Saturday, the traffic was not bad. Had a chance to drive around. Lots of road work in the city and some restorative work on buildings. ...

    ... I'm more worried about the altitude sickness more than anything because there really isn't much you can do to prevent it. I've read up on it and have been taking Ginkgo, antioxidants and garlic pills plus drinking lots of water. We shall see:) So that's the breakdown.     ... to sleep through most of the flying, that way I can stay awake and begin to adjust to the time difference once we get there. It's 15 hours! It'll be interesting to see how long it takes to adjust.
