      ... and stopped in West Virginia. I must confess that I LOVE New York. There is something about that state that fills me with joy everytime I visit no matter where I seem to go.       The morning was spent at the YMCA in Reston. We both got in fantastic workouts that morning and the facilities were fantastic.       Off on Route I 66 W to Front Royal for the night. It is the second Saturday in October - Festival of Leaves as well as being the first day of the long weekend for Columbus Day.
