We woke up after a brilliant nights sleep and again the sun was shining. Feeling good we all got dressed for some exercise. I ran along another brilliant coastal road, today was the hottest yet. Sweating and flustered I boldly suggested we go straight for a swim. Well I was the bravest and got in up to my thighs, the boys managed their toes and that was it - it was more like an ice bath. Where there's fire there's smoke!
... Any heat the fireplace is giving off is quickly countered by our need to breathe. We are forced to open the doors front and back…and let the fresh, yet freezing cold, very wet and windy air into the house.
