Got up and packed, then went on over to David and Michele's house where David cooked us a good breakfast featuring scrambled eggs and leftover Hawaiian fajitas I had from the Mexican restaurant the other night. After breakfast, we drove up to Grapevine, TX, which put Tim and me closer to McKinney, where we were meeting Julia later that afternoon, and had a nice long walk around one of the parks there. The walkways are very well kept up, but, ...

... spend Christmas Day--opening packages, cooking turkey (or, in this case, watching David cook turkey), and watching Christmas movies. Also being entertained by the dog, Kingston, who might be as curious a critter as Phoebe is.

      Happy Holiday everyone!

Since you have to sign the log to claim the find, you have to solve the puzzle. I had heard of this type of cache, but had not encountered any before.

After caching, we went back to David and Michele's house for pizza and Christmas movies. A pleasant day all around.

... puerile, and, as Tim put it, is about 1/4 of a good movie. Fortunately it is the last 1/4 that is pretty good, so we left on a happy note. I also found Kevin Spacey and Chris Pine, both of whom were playing psychopaths, to be quite hilarious.

Tomorrow we're headed to Arlington to have breakfast with David and spend the day geocaching. Michele will decamp and Tim will probably suffer the two of us and our foolishness.

      Today we visited Jerry's World

... take your breath away. The two large screens stretch from the 20 to the other 20 (159 ft. by 71 ft.) while the two end zone screens are larger than most stadium video boards. They were playing Cowboy videos but hopefully after tomorrow night there will be many Seminole highlights shown.
We returned to the hotel where dinner plans are finalized with Dean Driscoll and her crew. They have invited us to join them. We met Marcy, Sarah and Kevin in ...
