This place provided a rare glimpse into the world of "how do they do that" in the movies. The museum has some interesting things, but don't expect much in the way of size. The real attraction is the look behind the curtain. They are still required to maintain quite a lot of secrecy, but enough information was provided to the visitors to make the $71.00 USD expense worth it. The "guide" was a Weta employee. Not a person employed as a guide, but one of the people that works on the projects. This, I believe, was crucial for even a rudimentary understanding of what the company creates. The group on the tour was shown everything from how ideas and concepts are cultivated to the finished products for use in the projects. This is a must see for anyone that enjoys today's movies. It is highly enlightening.
