Trafalgar Sq. is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. A large square named after the victorious battle when the British beat the French during the Napoleonic Wars at Trafalgar. And in the center of the square stands a column commemorating the hero of Trafalgar himself, Admiral Horatio Nelson, with a statue of the one arm one eye general at the top of the column. Guarding the column are four lions, and climbing on those and spending a couple of hours on them in incredible. Imagine London at dusk, the lights in the city are on. You see the tip of Big Ben right down the street, as you look down below at the tourists and locals alike spending an evening in Trafalgar Sq. Admire the lit up National Gallery, a beautiful museum housing one of Europe's finest collections. This is the life on the lions. This site is a can't miss on your trip to London.
