This is a place that was beautiful and well worth the trip. Be careful, as there are people that will stand at either end and demand a fee to walk the path. We paid it, as it was not huge, but many other travelers never paid a dime... just one of those things when you enter a rural tourist area.
The accommodations along the walk are not too overpriced, especially since they could be, since you are a captive audience.
Please note that my visit was in April 2010. They were blasting at the bottom of the gorge to make a new road, which could have totally ruined this walk. But when I was last there, it was breath-takingly beautiful. I hope it remains so.
