    This is a very picturesque place. When I was there, I actually came upon a model shoot. It is also a nice place to take a stroll. There was no admission fee.

    This is a great place to go after visiting the National Museum of History since it is literally right next door to the Botanical Garden. However, you could do either one before or after. In my case, I went to the museum first and then spent some time in the garden.

    The lily pond is by far the most beautiful area of the garden and the view of the lily pond from the National Museum of History is just as good. I would recommend visiting this area since it will help you get away from the hustle and bustle of Taipei. In addition, the close proximity to the Museum means you don't have to do much walking to and from each place.
