Description: The Bat Jungle is a live bat exhibit, unique in the world, in which bats fly free in a huge enclosure designed to resemble a rainforest at night. We have approximately 65 bats of 8 species, all tropical fruit-eating and nectar-feeding ("hummingbats") species. Visitors are taken on a guided tour where they not only see, but hear the echolocation calls of flying bats. They also enjoy amazing stationary and interactive professionally designed exhibits.
