Strawberry Fields, John Lennon Memorial New York City

On Friday, the coldest day EVER (well it was a cool -5 degrees), we decided to go check out the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

We got the subway to Lower Manhattan and found our way to Battery Park where the boats leave from.

True to its reputation, NYC is definitely the city that never sleeps. Although we visited in winter, we still managed to have a ball!!

A few highlights for me included:

• watching the boxing day test on xmas day in an Australian pub in NYC
• watching the ny giants at metlife stadium!

I love New York. I could really get used to this place. Of course, I could never afford to actually live here.
