This bird park is directly opposite the entrance to Iguassu Falls, Brazil. They rescue mistreated, sick, injured and trafficked exotic birds, nursed them back to health and those that couldn't be released back to the wild they have given them a permenant home at the park. Not only did we see some amazing birds up close, you also get the opportunity to walk through the enclosures with pelicans and parrotts and get so much closer than when in the wild. Also the park was not crowded and the animals in good condition and looked after- a great personal experience with wildlife!
