The adventure of my life

We were looked after really well by Klever Oliver Saldana from Lagunas and his employee Walter. They know the rainforest very well, show you many animals and plants, and are very experienced with hosting western travellers. The cooking at the trip was excellent - food was always freshly prepared (fish even freshly caught) and we never had any stomach problems. You can make your stay as adventurous as you like - either sleep on the rainforest ground under the moskito net or in a guard's station. This is very much adventure travel guided by people who know what they are doing - you can go fishing, come face to face with a crocodile and be nibbled at by piranhas if you like, or just lean back in the boat and be absorbed by the rainforest instead. You will never get any closer than this.
