    We had a great time! Learned about Louisiana cooking and it's history. It was an interesting way to learn about New Orleans. It was all demonstration, prepared by their chefs. The best part was they prepared the whole meal. It was good food, plenty of drinks as well. Worth the money for sure. I would do it again....they made it fun and entertaining.
