Since it was Saturday, we had no traffic problems getting to the museum. It is a fantastic museum, with paintings, sculptures, indian clothing and artifacts. Some of the artists are Charlie Russell, Fredrick Remington, N.C Wyeth and many others. Today the museum was featuring Allan Houser, an Apache sculptor of note. We saw indian dancers performing a traditional dance in the hallway, and at lunch in their restaurant on site, which was very good. All of the guides and staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a visit by anyone interested in western and indian culture and history.
