  • Great way to see Austin

    Mt. Bonnell is really a couple minute walk up some steps to a really nice overlook area for the city of Austin. I would recommend it to any new visitor to gain a better perspective of the city. It is free, there are picnic tables and a short not even quarter mile hike along the top of the mountain with excellent views of beautiful houses along the water below.

    Nothing really great... not very hard to get to, not very hard to get back. Basically drove up there, took in some nice views and went back.
