Mall that like market
edo.halim 18 contributions Kertosono, Indonesia Jul 11, 2011
Mall yang satu ini hampir mirip pasar. Barang yang dijual adalah suvenir, ada juga aksesoris hand phone, juga baju. Termasuk mall yang sangat lengkap. Juga ada food court-nya yang murah juga.

Day 1 Bangkok

Shop Till You Flop.
20 photosSo I fast forward to our final day. The past two days were spent shopping and bargaining (with a little bit of dancing. ;) Route 66 was mind-blowing!)
It's true. Bangkok is a shopper's paradise... for females!!! Because after visiting all the famous malls, the guys had a glint of disappointment in their eyes for failing to find their … -

MBK and Pantip
31 photosI thought yesterday was exhausting, hah, today is worse. Of course we didn't get up at 6am as planned, mostly because my phone reset to Irish time and I didn't wake up until 9:30am; whoops! Made it down to breakfast just in time, though it was a bit peculiar - not really Thai, but also not what we're used to. Hot dogs, scrambled egg and sweetcorn …

Cinema, shopping and hospital!
8 photosWe arrived in Bangkok later than scheduled and got out of the train station around 8:30am, loaded with our bags. We managed to purchase a 3 day pass for the metro, and hopped on to head for our next hotel in Bangkok.
We got off at the stop that was listed as the closest and walked for a few minutes before deciding that was really a bad … -

Jim Thompson House
5 photosNot much to say about today really. Woke up fairly early, and went out to the local 7 eleven to get some croissants for breakfast, but decided to go back to PC while Neil went to hospital for his appointment with doctor. Was trying to get music downloaded to my mp3 player for the trip home, but the wifi here is woeful, so it took a ridiculously …

Day 3 - Shopping
We started the day late since we were tipsy the night before. No hangovers thankfully.
The very initial plan was to go Chatuchak today, so that we could go again on Sunday if we wanted to. However, since we decided to start our day late, we though shopping nearby would be a better bet. Therefore, we headed to Baan Khun Mae for lunch. It …
