Kubu Island Makgadikgadi Pans National Park

Estivemos na Ilha Kubu por algumas horas como parte do Projeto 20°12' (www.projeto2012.com.br) e sentimos toda a energia concentrada lá. Baobás enormes que nascem no meio das pedras e desafiam a lógica comum, são muito impressionantes e valem à pena a visita. Se for pelo norte ou por oeste, use apenas o caminho que começa na estrada de Nata para Gweta. Não use o caminho que vai direto para Gweta mesmo estando em 4x4.

We have been at Kubu Island for a few hours as part of Projeto 20°12' (www.projeto2012.com.br) and felt all the energy concentrated at that point. Huge baobas rising from the rocks are very impressive and worths a visit. Coming from the north or west, consider getting there way from the Nata Gweta road. Don't use the direct way from Gweta, even in a 4WD.
