This self-guided tour did not disappoint. It is the best presentation of the brewing process we have seen and we have seen many. The Guinness Storehouse covers nearly four acres of floor space over seven floors, so give yourself plenty of time to explore and learn, about two hours. The tour covers everything in the brewing process including marketing and transportation through the years. There are tasting rooms and an Academy to teach the proper way to pour a Guinness. There are also restaurants but we didn't eat while we were there. We saved our free pint of Guiness for the circular Gravity Bar on the top floor. While we drank we had a 360* view of Dublin. We went on a Sunday and it was very crowded, so during the week might be better.
