    My husband and I got a good deal on a 20 oz. bottle of Coca Cola here. $1.50. It's expensive anywhere else. They have cookbooks, baseballs, everything with the logo on it. We thought it was a fun store and a nice place to get a drink and cool off.

    The beginning of our adventure

    We had a spa king room at the Stratosphere, recently remodeled, with a Strip view, and an oversized jetted tub. The king-size bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows. Our room key was also our free pass to the observation tower. From there you could also see the Strip. Some of the rides were closed.
    We got the three-day monorail pass. At …
