    Le jardin ... le tren ... les queues

    Took the train today from Gare St Lazare to Giverny with Stephanie to visit Monet's house and gardens. The crowds were large and the queues were long, but the garden was worth the effort - beautiful poppies, roses and assorted other flowers.

    Back in the hotel for a rest - meeting Steph later for dinner.

    M: End of the third day. Whew, am I beat.
    Awoke to a cold, dreary day. Bundled up for the trek to the garden and was soon pulling off the layers as, once again, the sun came out. It's been pretty much that way -- a nice combo of cloudy, then sunny, with some rain. Makes for a nice variation as we're shooting.
