Stunning example of Gothic architecture

This cathedral was one of the highlights of our trip. The stained glass alone is worth the journey. It's worth using the audio-tour, as it adds a lot of detail about the history and reconstruction of the cathedral (especially the information about the 19th Century reconstruction). It was a great companion piece with the Cathedral in Santiago de la Campostela: comparing a prime example of Gothic architecture and prime example of Romanesque architecture.

Leon to Lugos
