This is one of the most famous temples in South Korea that is located in the historical old capitol of Gyeongju. The temple was built in the 6th century but burned down the Imjin War in the 17th century. What one sees today is the restored version and despite its long history, the Temple is still a center of religious devotion and pilgrimage.
The site is very easily accessible via bus or car. If you arrive in Gyeongju via bus, simply catch bus 10 or 11 on the stop opposite the station. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes. The entrance fee to the Temple itself is 4,000 won ($3.50USD or so).
Since it is still a religious site, it is important to be mindful of that and considerate when taking pictures.
